What is it?
Adamax is a structurally modified analogue of Semax, engineered to improve peptide stability and central nervous system exposure in laboratory research. It incorporates N-terminal acetylation and a C-terminal adamantylacetate modification, which are designed to increase resistance to enzymatic degradation and enhance blood-brain barrier penetration. Adamax is studied in controlled experimental models for its interactions with neurotrophic signaling pathways, including Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor (BDNF) and TrkB receptor-mediated mechanisms. It is used in research investigating neuronal plasticity, cognitive function, neuroprotection, and peptide pharmacology. Supplied as a lyophilized powder, Adamax is suitable for laboratory studies involving neurobiology, receptor signaling, and molecular neuroscience. Supplied as: Lyophilized powder Purity: 98–99%+ (HPLC verified) Storage: Store desiccated at -20°C for long-term. Short-term room temperature exposure (around 1 month) during shipping/handling is generally acceptable if kept sealed, dry, and protected from heat/light. Designation: FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY. Not intended for human or animal consumption.
