  • Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith
  • This informal process is a prerequisite to any formal action

18.2. Negotiation Period:

  • Either party may request a 30-day negotiation period

  • Each party may be represented by counsel during negotiations
  • Costs of negotiation are borne by each party individually

Any legal proceedings must be brought in:

  • Courts located in England and Wales
  • You consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts
  • You waive any objection to venue in these courts

18.9. No Jury Trial:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL IN ANY PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS.
